By accessing EpochOMS you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree you must not use the platform. These terms may be updated from time to time and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to register for or use EpochOMS. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate. We may verify eligibility (including by IP-based location checks) and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet it. If we become aware that an account was created by a person under 18, it will be terminated and associated personal data deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
EpochOMS is an AI-powered research, analytics and trading-simulation platform provided for AI-supported research, practice and simulation. The AI agent and automated strategies operate on simulated ("paper") portfolios only and never trade real money. Where live trading is available it is self-directed and execution-only: you place your own orders through your own broker. Nothing on the platform is financial advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to trade.
EpochOMS does not manage investments or money for you, does not exercise discretion over any real account, and does not provide personal investment advice. It is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and holds no client money. You are solely responsible for any live trading decisions you make.
Access is restricted to authorised, registered users. You must not share your login credentials, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Unauthorised access attempts are logged and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
All software, algorithms, AI models, designs, branding and content on EpochOMS are the intellectual property of EpochOMS and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission.
EpochOMS is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpochOMS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including (without limitation) trading losses, data loss or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
EpochOMS uses artificial intelligence to generate simulations, signals and analysis within the paper environment. AI-generated content may contain errors and must not be relied upon as the basis for any real trading decision. You accept full responsibility for any actions you take, including any live trades you choose to place yourself.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for breach of these terms or at our reasonable discretion.
